Last week, the Australia-Pacific Partnerships Platform (Partnerships Platform) launched its 2026 Learning Series with a session on What We Learned in 2025: Practical Insights from Across the Australia-Pacific Partnerships Platform.
The event brought 37 colleagues and partners together to reflect on key outcomes, achievements and lessons from across the Partnerships Platform’s work in 2025.
Together, the participants explored how those insights can help strengthen future programming.
These discussions highlighted the importance of adaptive management, collaboration and shared learning in delivering effective outcomes across the Pacific.
The Partnerships Platform team was also pleased to launch its 2025 At a Glance publication, providing a snapshot of the results, milestones and highlights discussed during the session.
